These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of services provided by The Training Lounge, LLC (“The Training Lounge,” “Company,” “we,” or “us”). By accessing our website, programs, courses, memberships, or communities, you agree to these Terms.

The Training Lounge, LLC, operates The Training Lounge website and services. Business address: 24285 Katy Freeway, Ste. 300-472, Katy, TX 77494. The governing jurisdiction is Texas, United States.

2. Services Provided

The Training Lounge provides educational products and services including online courses, live group coaching, 1:1 coaching, downloadable materials, certificates of completion, online communities, memberships, webinars, and masterclasses. Programs may be self-paced, live, or hybrid.

3. Accounts and Access

Users create accounts with usernames and passwords. Users must keep login information secure and may not share account access. The Company may terminate accounts for misuse.

4. Payments and Refunds

Payments may be made through Stripe, PayPal, credit card, ACH, Zelle, Klarna, Afterpay, or Affirm. Payments may be one-time, installment, subscription, or recurring depending on the service. All prices are in USD. Due to the nature of digital products and downloadable materials, all sales are final, and no refunds are provided.

5. Educational Disclaimer

The Training Lounge provides educational information only. Training does not provide legal, medical, financial, or fitness advice and does not guarantee business, financial, or other results. Outcomes depend on participant effort and implementation.

6. Intellectual Property

All courses, videos, workbooks, templates, frameworks, guides, prompts, recordings, materials, and other content are owned by The Training Lounge, LLC. Participants receive limited access for their own learning and business use only. Materials may not be copied, resold, redistributed, licensed, shared, or used to create competing offers without written permission.

7. Community Rules and Prohibited Conduct

Participants must engage respectfully and professionally. Prohibited behavior includes harassment, discrimination, hate speech, cheating, plagiarism, unauthorized recording, sharing private information, misuse of community access, spam, solicitation, disruptive behavior, and misuse of AI tools or program resources.

8. Enforcement

The Training Lounge may remove content, restrict access, suspend participation, or terminate enrollment without refund for violations including harassment, intellectual property misuse, privacy violations, or other serious misconduct.

9. Program Access

Access duration depends on the purchased program. Certain programs have time-limited access, while continued community access may require a membership subscription.

10. Technical Requirements

The Training Lounge manages access issues related to its own portal. Users are responsible for third-party technology issues involving platforms or tools outside The Training Lounge.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for services. Services are provided without guarantees of specific results.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by Texas law. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Texas.

13. Updates

The Training Lounge may update these Terms by providing notice through email. Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance.
