ABOUT THE FOUNDER
Treva Bendy is the Founder and CEO of The Training Lounge, where she brings her passion for e-learning and education coaching to life. With over 20 years of hands-on experience, Treva has honed her skills in instructional design and business consulting, partnering with major companies like ConocoPhillips, BP, Chevron, Waste Management, SYSCO Corporation, Liberty Mutual, and Hewlett Packard.
Her journey has been marked by crafting tailor-made instructor-led classroom materials and online courses covering a wide range of technical subjects. Treva's approach involves diving deep into performance and training needs analysis, leading engaging training sessions and webinars, setting up user-friendly SharePoint websites, and managing global instructional design training programs.
Treva Bendy obtained a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Houston, grounding her expertise in practical knowledge. Beyond her professional accolades, Treva's heart lies in nurturing the growth of aspiring instructional designers, embodying her commitment to making learning accessible and impactful for all.
